Wisdom Starts a New Journey, Intelligent Manufacturing Upgrades | Z.NANCHI Officially Puts into Operation Its New Qiandao Lake Factory, Forming a Dual-Plant Layout
Recently, the intelligent production base of Zhejiang Nanchi Pumps Co., Ltd. located in Weiping Town, Chun'an County has been fully completed and officially put into use. The digital workshop has passed standard acceptance and been put into bidding and operation, new production equipment has been installed and debugged in batches, and the office building and brand exhibition hall have been finely decorated and arranged, marking that Nanchi Pumps has entered a new stage of large-scale and intelligent manufacturing.
As a modern intelligent manufacturing base built as a key project of the company, the new factory has a total investment of 65 million yuan, integrating R&D of high-end progressive cavity pumps, precision machining, intelligent assembly, exhibition and marketing. Built in accordance with digital factory standards, the workshop has introduced automated production lines and intelligent management and control systems, realizing full-process lean management from parts processing, assembly and testing to warehousing and logistics. This effectively improves production efficiency and product consistency, providing domestic and foreign customers with more stable and reliable progressive cavity pump products and solutions.
With the operation of the new factory, Nanchi Pumps has officially formed a coordinated production layout of two plants in Yuhang, Hangzhou and Weiping, Qiandao Lake, with simultaneous improvement in production capacity, delivery capability and technical strength. At present, equipment in the new plant has been put in place and put into production one after another, and the comprehensive office and brand exhibition space has been fully opened, which can better undertake domestic and foreign orders and serve global customers.

The company announced that in 2026, it will gradually relocate the entire production capacity of the Hangzhou Yuhang plant to the new Qiandao Lake base, realizing integrated and centralized management of R&D, production and operation.
