In this technological attack on Guanzhong, Nanchi Pump Industry has formed a special team led by senior engineers, which uses 3D scanning to restore the precision structure of Japanese products, combined with its independently developed wear-resistant alloy material library, and has undergone 187 bench tests and working condition simulations. The R&D leader revealed, "We found that the ordinary nickel based alloy used in imported products is prone to fatigue wear during the transportation of automotive lubricants. Therefore, we innovatively added a tungsten titanium alloy coating to increase the surface hardness of the stator and rotor by 40%." The final sample sent for inspection ran continuously for 98 days without any faults on the automated production line of Nanjing Lejin Magna, and all parameters fully met ISO9001 standards.
